Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions – Sparkling Oven & Carpet Cleaning Once a booking is confirmed (verbally, by message, email or online), we reserve that time exclusively for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% charge to cover lost time and costs. No-shows or cancellations on the day may be charged 100% of the agreed price. We always aim to arrive on time, but in rare cases of delay (e.g. traffic or emergencies), we will notify you as early as possible. Payment is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed. If you’re unhappy with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it
