Cancellation Terms and Booking Terms & Conditions – Sparkling Ovens & Carpets

Once a booking is confirmed (verbally, by message, email or online), we reserve that time exclusively for you.

Cancellations:

  • Customers have the right to cancel a booking within 14 days of making it, provided the service has not yet been carried out.

  • If you request that the service takes place within this period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once the service has been completed.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the agreed price.

  • No-shows or cancellations on the day may be charged at 100% of the agreed price.

Service Delivery:
We always aim to arrive on time, but in rare cases of delay (e.g. traffic or emergencies), we will notify you as early as possible.

Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Complaints:
If you’re unhappy with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Customers who purchase physical products (e.g. gift vouchers, cleaning products) have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with consumer law.

Sparkling Oven & Carpet Cleaning provides on-site services. Any physical products (e.g. cleaning supplies or gift vouchers) are dispatched within 1–3 business days via Royal Mail or courier.
